Typically it’s not recommended but it can vary on the type of yellow contact you are wearing.
Some places you purchase them from might only sell what are referred to as “Daily Wear” and these you should not try to sleep in. Since you are wearing yellow contacts to be noticed and look cool, perhaps in every day use or for a costume or Halloween party, you really don’t gain anything from sleeping in them anyways.
If you still want to attempt to sleep in your yellow contacts, you should consult your Dr. first. Like I said before it depends on the type you are wearing, as well as the overall health of your eye and other things that factor in.
